Maintenance Plans
What is the difference between your maintenance plans?
Our Essential Plan covers weekly mowing, edging, and blowing. The Plus Plan adds weed control, shrub trimming, and landscape maintenance. The Elite Plan includes everything in Plus, plus certified arborist inspections, palm trimming, mulch refreshes, and a dedicated account manager.
Can I customize my maintenance plan?
Yes. While our three standard plans cover the most common needs, every property is different. We work with you to design a program that fits your specific landscape, preferences, and budget.
What happens during storm season?
All maintenance plan clients receive priority scheduling and storm response coordination. Elite clients have a direct emergency line to their account manager.
Are there long-term contracts?
We offer month-to-month, quarterly, and annual agreements. Annual clients receive preferred pricing and guaranteed scheduling priority.
Tree Services
What does a certified arborist do?
A certified arborist is trained in the science and art of tree care. They perform health assessments, risk evaluations, disease diagnosis, treatment recommendations, and oversee all significant tree work to ensure it's performed correctly and safely.
How do I know if a tree needs to be removed?
Signs include significant decay, large dead branches, structural imbalance, root damage, disease that's too advanced to treat, or proximity to structures that creates unacceptable risk. Our certified arborists will assess your tree and provide an honest, science-based recommendation.
Do you respond to emergency tree situations?
Yes. We maintain a 24/7 emergency response team for storm damage, fallen trees, and hazardous situations throughout Broward County. Call our emergency line anytime at (954) 258-2361.
Can you trim palms without a certified arborist?
While state licensing requirements vary, our philosophy is that all significant tree work — including palm trimming — should be supervised by a certified arborist. Improper palm trimming is one of the most common causes of long-term palm decline in South Florida.
Commercial Properties
Do you service large commercial accounts?
Yes. We have dedicated commercial teams experienced in managing large-scale grounds for office parks, retail centers, industrial properties, medical facilities, government buildings, and multi-property portfolios.
Can you handle multiple properties under one account?
Absolutely. Our portfolio management program is specifically designed for property managers and facility directors who oversee multiple properties. Single point of contact, consolidated reporting, and volume pricing are available.
Do you provide service documentation for compliance?
Yes. We provide detailed service reports, before/after photo documentation, and arborist reports suitable for board meetings, insurance purposes, and regulatory compliance.
Do you work with HOAs?
HOA community management is one of our core specialties. We have experience working with HOA boards, property management companies, and community associations throughout Broward County.
