OSHA Safety Training
All crew members complete OSHA 10-hour general industry safety training before their first day on a client property. Supervisors hold OSHA 30-hour certification.
PPE Standards
We maintain strict personal protective equipment standards including chainsaw-resistant chaps, eye protection, hearing protection, and high-visibility vests for all road-adjacent work.
Hazard Assessment Protocol
Before any tree work or complex operation begins, our crew leader performs a written hazard assessment identifying utilities, structures, drop zones, and emergency egress routes.
Weekly Safety Meetings
Every crew holds a weekly tailgate safety meeting to discuss current conditions, lessons learned, and safety topics specific to the season and current projects.
Equipment Inspection Program
All equipment is inspected before every use. A formal maintenance inspection log is maintained for every piece of machinery in our fleet.
Incident Response Training
Crew leaders are trained in first aid and emergency response. Emergency protocols are reviewed annually and posted in all company vehicles.
