Service Agreement
By engaging LawnCareSystem.com for services, you agree to these terms. Service agreements are confirmed when both parties agree in writing (including via text message or email) on scope, pricing, and schedule.
Estimates and Pricing
All estimates are provided at no charge. Estimates are valid for 30 days. Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ materially from the original assessment. Any changes will be communicated prior to work beginning.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Commercial and maintenance plan clients may be invoiced on net-30 terms. Late payments beyond 30 days may incur a 1.5% monthly finance charge.
Cancellation Policy
Maintenance plan clients may cancel with 30 days written notice. Project cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled start date may incur a mobilization fee. Emergency services are non-cancelable after crew dispatch.
Property Access
Client grants LawnCareSystem.com reasonable access to the property for scheduled services. Client is responsible for securing pets and ensuring safe site access. We are not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing hazards not disclosed prior to service.
Liability Limitation
Our liability is limited to the value of services provided. We carry full liability insurance for property damage caused by our operations. Clients should notify us within 48 hours of any concerns about completed work.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in Broward County, Florida.
